How much do you get back?
You will be refunded the full purchase price minus the delivery & collection charges which is €15. This does not apply to special orders i.e. one off units or Hygiene products.
When will you get the money?
Go Mobility will refund the money within 5 working days of receiving your refund request. Please note that it may take a couple of days for the bank to clear funds to your account or credit card. We will advise you once the refund has been issued.
How will I get the money?
Go Mobility will refund the money to the original account that was used to purchase the item. No other form of refund will be issued.
