We at GoMobility.ie strive to ensure our delivery and returns policy covers all possible issues and questions that may arise during the order and delivery process on the site. Please see in depth information below on our delivery and returns policy.

Delivery:

All in stock items will be dispatched normally within 24 hours or next working day, whichever comes first. We send our items by a tracked courier service which may be DPD Couriers or GLS.

Delivery times within Ireland takes 1-2 working days and outside these areas we would advise to allow 3-5 working days for it to be received elsewhere in Europe. We do not offer a courier service outside of Europe.

Our courier service is FREE of charge in Ireland on standard parcel orders over €50 

**An additional charge will be added to heavy items that require pallet delivery such as: 

​**Mobility Scooter , Powered Electric Wheelchairs , Riser Reclining Armchairs, Profiling Beds ect  

 

The Additional pallet costs may vary from area to area on average between €45 to €60 

 

Damaged Goods:

If the item you received is damaged, you need to ensure that we are informed immediately after you notice damage to the product or packaging. We must be informed within 24 hours of you receiving the item with images of damage where possible.

Customers wishing to track their parcel, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided once your item has dispatched, All items are shipped with a third party courier company GLS or DPD. To report an issue with the delivery can contact our office on 018663366 or send an email to info@gomobility.ie our opening hours are Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm

Returns:

Under distance selling regulations for the sale of goods online, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The item being returned must be in it’s original packaging completely undamaged with no signs of use.

The cost of returning the item is solely on you and you must arrange your own courier to send it back, be aware that you are completely responsible for the product until the point it is returned to our warehouse and signed for by one of our team. If the item gets damaged by the courier you have used then depending on the circumstances the item may be rejected for a refund.

Before returning an item you must contact us so we can provide a reference number for you to attach to the goods, this ensures that we can expect to receive this return and it will not become lost. If the item is returned without prior knowledge/confirmation and a returns number no actions on our part will be taken to initiate correspondence. Please ensure that you always get in touch prior to returning an item, you can do so here.

Refunds:

All refunds are processed within 5 working days of the item being officially marked as returned with our warehouse. Once we are notified by our warehouse that the goods have been received and in the original condition, with original packaging as dispatched, then they will authorize us to initialize the refund process.

  Hygiene products cannot be returned under any circumstance. 

As the only online payment method we currently take is Credit, Debit Card and PayPal then this is the only method that we will refund the order. Once we have refunded to your card or account, please allow several working days for it to appear back in your account. The time it takes depends on bank.

Defective Goods:

In some rare cases, the product you use may become defective or damaged. If an issue arises with the product, you need to STOP using it right away and contact us immediately. Please do not attempt to repair it yourself or via a third party as this will null and void any warranty claim. We do not endorse the use of a defective or broken product as this will cause risk or injury or death to the user and third parties.

In the event the item you use becomes defective, stop using it immediately and contact us here info@gomobility.ie or 018663366 We will advise the next steps that are to be taken to ensure we can repair or provide a replacement product.

WEEE RECYCLING:

Go Mobility Limited will take back your WEEE on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis, free of charge at the time of delivery or at any one of our store(s) nationwide. Waste batteries are taken back in store on a one-forzero basis (i.e. no purchased required) as long as they are of equivalent type to that sold by us. WEEE and waste batteries can also be returned to your local civic amenity site free of charge. Never put WEEE, batteries or light bulbs in any your bins.
